Once a course of action has been agreed, we will send you a Letter of Engagement. This sets out the nature of the engagement, the scope of work, and the fees. Once agreement is reached and signed off, work begins.
For each client, our team develops a solutions roadmap that addresses their unique situation and specific B-BBEE-related challenges.
Once the strategy has been defined and a timeline developed, our implementation team takes over. They prepare a suite of legal documents and processes to ensure successful implementation.
Finally, and after the client’s bespoke solution has been signed off by the clients professional advisors, the team implements the strategy in terms of the agreed timeline.
