Enterprise Development (ED) and Supplier Development (SD) contributions are based on a prescribed percentage of your Net Profit After Tax (NPAT). Depending on your sector, the percentage of NPAT that you must contribute may vary. Companies in the Generic scorecard, contribution target is 1% for ED and 2% for SD.
Through our Magenta Group of companies, Quiver Tree Capital offers a cost-efficient, easily implemented, and effective Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) solution. This solution not only ensures the maximum number of ED and SD points are delivered but continues to deliver these benefits in perpetuity. In certain cases, we also assist clients to achieve the Graduation bonus point.
By working with Magenta, our clients can enjoy considerable NPAT-related cost savings. This can amount to nearly 11% of NPAT by the end of year 5.
Our clients, including those in the ICT sector that have more stringent requirements, have all embraced our ESD solution.
